How We Export from India

Submit your commodity requirements — product, quantity, grade, packaging, and destination port. Our export team responds with a competitive FOB/CIF quotation within 24 hours.

We dispatch physical samples via courier for buyer approval. Samples include a preliminary Certificate of Analysis from our in-house quality team.

Once samples are approved, buyer issues a Purchase Order. We sign a formal export contract specifying commodity, quantity, grade, price, payment terms, and delivery schedule.

We source the commodity from our verified farmer cooperative network. Every lot undergoes rigorous testing at NABL-accredited laboratories before packing.

Commodities are packed as per buyer specifications — jute bags, HDPE bags, vacuum packs, or retail packs. All bags are marked with commodity name, grade, net weight, lot number, and country of origin.

We prepare the complete set of export documents required for customs clearance in the destination country. All documents are shared digitally and via courier.

Our licensed customs broker handles Indian export customs clearance. Cargo is loaded at the nearest major port — Chennai, Mundra, JNPT, or Nhava Sheva — and shipped to the destination port.

We share the Bill of Lading and container tracking details immediately after shipment. Our team remains available for any queries until the cargo reaches the destination port.
